When You're Charged

Full payment is captured at the time of checkout. Orders will not be shipped or fulfilled until the payment has been successfully processed.

Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card uses another currency, your bank may apply conversion rates or fees.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within up to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Subscriptions

We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing at this time. You will only be charged once per order.

Additional Information

Carter & Hayes is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Pre-orders, if offered, are also charged at the time of purchase.
